RB9 is an application that works within a browser on your desktop, laptop, or tablet. Information you store and access through RB9 resides on RB servers in the cloud. There is nothing to install on your own hardware.
RB9 automatically times out after 20 minutes. Online timeouts are required for security reasons. RB9 does not save your work or remember which functions you were using, so be sure to save your work frequently and especially before switching to a different a function or leaving your desk.
